4 zucchini squash, 1-1/2 lbs eggplant (1 bag of whites & 1 large purple single), 4 bags tomatoes (2 of cherries,1 of plum,and 1 of mid to large size ~4 lbs total),1 large bunch of carrots, 1/2 lb bunch of beets, and 1 banana pepper.
